Simply Plural Shutdown and Data Preservation

Simply Plural has shut down. New exports cannot be generated from Simply Plural services.

If you already have a Simply Plural export

Keep it private and backed up in at least two places you control.

• Keep one local copy you can access quickly.
• Keep one second backup copy (external drive or encrypted cloud storage).
• Do not post export files, tokens, or screenshots publicly.

If you do not have an export

Current recovery status:

• Samsung Galaxy S24+: data extraction available now.
• Samsung Galaxy S24+ avatars: not available yet.
• Google Pixel 10a: investigation started.
• Apple iPhone 16: recovery path investigation in progress.

App developers: If users no longer have a Simply Plural export file, you are welcome to use our phone export documentation to build native import paths directly from supported phone backups.

While recovery work is in progress, keep your phone and backup data unchanged whenever possible.
